If you aren't familiar with British politics, I recommend you have a look here with a story from BBC News. It's about a slip of the tongue by Gordon Brown during Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) and it certainly gives you a flavour of the humour that is abound each week during the half-hour session.

The whole archived PMQs can be watched via Number 10's website and I always find them interesting to watch, particulary the battle of the wits between Mr Brown and Mr Cameron. Also, you'll find some impressive orators in amongst the backbenches.
