Many of us have written a few frameworks, mostly in PHP, MVC-style or not, looking at all the common problems a webdev faces, coming up with dodgy solutions, only to find better ones later on etc. And so it is in all consciousness that when looking at Django, we can tick the "build a Good framework" box, and concentrate on what it is we really want to build.
