Fuego's Place

And by this I mean Crazy.

Hello Hello Hello. Today is a marvy day here in Prague. Marvy od Barvy. Have to say that in a town that is great to live in, this is the best time of year. Spring turning into summer, Metro fashion, and long, sunny days turning into daze. I would like nothing better than to simply walk around aimlessly, stopping in parks, taking photos of the flowers and other objects of beauty. But, alas, I have another job to do. Copy Writing. This one is the wost kind in that I am responsible for myslef. I think they call it "disciplin." Not sure how to spell that one. Never had the will to sit and learn that sort of crap.

The Tyke is getting old. Already two and a half months. Dang, where does the time go? In that sense, I am glad not to be working on a film at this time. Better to be at home as much as possible.

Today I am trying out a new place in my neighborhood. It's called the "Press Cafe 1911." While it is in its own sense is new, the local is not. I first came here about 8 years ago when it was called the "Play Club." That name in itself was odd in that it was a corner bar where there was nothing to really "play." I don't think they even had an automated gambling machine.

Now it's a different scene...but not much. Still a bit of a smokey corner, although much airier and light with larger windows and the door propped open, it isn't much of a "Press Club" per say. Well, as far as I can tell any way. Don't know for sure if the other folks here are journalists or not. Lots of computers on the tables when I walked in. I will be adding to that trend in a few moments...after a bit of a snack.

Just finished the soup, it was, as they say, yummy. Going to try one of the sanwiches now, they have an interesting selection, let's hope it is as good as the soup!
