Poetry In Motion

I may feel discouraged
And feel I have lost my way,
I may feel hurt , confused too,
That I cannot even pray. My strength is all being tested
And I want to turn my back,
But i know the problem is with me
Because faith is what I lack. But still he forgives me,
For not trusting in him enough
He holds my hand through all these times,
When life just seems too tough. He comforts me when I am weak
I just did not want to see,
I cried and wept and hurt so bad,
When it was all up to me. I blamed God for all this pain
When he never let me go
He stayed with me and carried me
Even when I was so low God has a plan for me, and he did all along,
So through all of my hurt,
the trials too,
his mercy will stay my song.
