VISITOR

Last night, while sleeping
I felt a warm hand carefully brushing my hair
a lullaby that says, "Rest my dear one"
An embrace that made me felt
I'm not alone
I slept so peacefully
like floating in stance.

Suddenly
I woke up
but there is no one around
not even a single soul in sight
suddenly, I felt all alone.

Wind came rushing inside my room
Clock keeps ticking
A dim, lonely night

Am I dreaming?
or has anybody came to visit me?
Gave my lonely soul a comfort?

If ever you visit me again
please, do me a favor
let me hold your hand
and feel what is inside your heart
maybe, just maybe, I can see myself
wandering around in a beautiful garden
called PARADISE
a paradise where I am welcome
anytime.

Please visit me again tonight
so I can sleep again, PEACEFULLY.

Be my friend or be my lover.Where For Art Thou My Romeo?

Thank you too Ms Esther, all of you, I really appreciate it. It's my strength to express my feelings and wisdom since childhood for I was brought up in a lonely and uncontrollable situation. I was born with sickness that I myself cannot predict what future lies ahead for me. I am thanking God that He had given me a chance to be a good person and God fearing. I wrote this poem last 3 years ago and I kept it for safety thinking people will not understand me but through this POETRY IN MOTION, Professional or not, everybody is appreciated and understand. At last I found a REAL BLOG

You express your feelings and wisdom in a sublime way and in the light of what you have told us here, it is a monument, a testimony, to your fortitude and your spiritual beliefs. It is wonder-full to read what you have said. God moves in mysterious ways and none of us given advance knowledge of our destinies.

Be very welcome always to come and browse through my poetry. It is a pot pourri of different topics, for I am a versatile poet, but I hope you will enjoy what you see. It cannot compare on equal terms with your own excellent and very beautiful expression in english language here, but it represents my thoughts over the years I have been a poet.
