Poetry In Motion

Forever in an angel's heart

, ,

I lay on my bed, close my eyes and remember,

Soft words, sentiments, memories so tender.

Remember the poems? The pictures?

Remember the jokes? They had me in stitches.

You gave me such hope, peace, joy and love,

We danced in green meadows, Soared in the blue skies above.

But fantasy turns to reality, alas

The hard truths, emotions, the facts.

Were too much to bear

Then suddenly one day ... You weren't there.

Gone for so long

The pain, hurt and longing grow strong.

Pretending life's good: smile, laugh, grin

The sadness and worry, overflowing within.

They say time heals all pain

When will mine wane.

Not a day goes by, that you're not there

In my thoughts, my heart, my everywhere.

One thing I pray you remember, that as before,

You'll have a place in my heart forever more.

I lay on my bed, in sweet reverie

Holding on to the memories,

of you and me.

Pain

, ,

Sometimes life brings you down. The pain is unbearable.
It seems like you can't go on.

No matter were you go or how you feel, you have to make a decision
do I stay or go.

Pain is difficult day in and day out. You are tired and weary.
The suffering has to end.

You look at your face tired and drawn and you wonder why am I still here.

The pain wrecks your body, tears out your heart and destroys your soul.

The depression seeps through you and never lets go.

At the end you have to decide if you are going to let pain win or become stronger and survive.
