Take Opera 11.50 Beta for a Spin

Opera 11.50 is now beta quality and ready for testing. We have been working hard, and are pushing towards the final release. Here are the major new features to look for in Opera 11.50:
Speed Dial extensions let you have live, dynamic content in your Speed Dial, accessible from any new tab. Display the forecast for your location, tag your favorite photos and show them in a dial, or get a calendar.
Speed Dial extensions are easy to make. All you need is some basic web development skills. You can find a selection of Speed Dial Extensions in the Opera Extensions Catalog.
Another great new thing about Opera 11.50 beta is password synchronization - made securely through Opera Link so you can easily log on to your password protected sites from anywhere. Opera Link also back ups bookmarks, your Speed Dial, custom search engine preferences, notes (yes, you can take notes in the Opera browser), typed browser history and more.
When you back up passwords with Opera Link, it's important to have a good, strong password on your My Opera account. Opera 11.50 beta will even help to ensure that you have a good one. If you're interested in reading more about Opera Link password security, there is an informative post on the Opera Link blog.
As usual, you can check out the Desktop Team blog for some serious technical discussions and feedback.

I'm not sure what you mean... the http://bit.ly/kPRLTX address? It seems to work as far as I can tell, it just links to this page.
