What is a fact or opinion? Yes, that is the question.
It is very easy to explain what is the differece between fact and opinion. But it gets hard to identify when it came to you realife.
For example, When you in a cafe you met an interesting person. And the person tells you that he/she is a millionair. So what would you think is it a fact or an opinion?
Well you don't know because he/she prove it.
Lets get to the point, in short way the fact is based on the evidence such as written and the opinion based on a personal choice.
For example, I might say crime novels are the best novels to read. But you might strongly disagree with me, because that's my opinion. There is written evidence to prove it. However if I said Olympics will be held in United Kingdom in 2012, that is an fact because I can prove it by just saying "Ok, here is the website. Go and have a look by yourself."
But remember, it is not as easy as pie to identify them when it came to realife. Think twice before you make a decision. It always save you from troubles.

People often think they might not get troubles at specific times. But they aren't assume that troubles doesn't have choice of the place and the time.
Anything on earth which breath oxigen(O2) or cocon dioxide(CO2) can cause a troubles or can have troubles.
However, it's not necessary to be a living thing to cause a trouble, it can be anything, for example storms, cyclones, Tsunami. They aren't living thing but caused planty of troubles through part few years and so on.
You cannot avoid it being happen. Of cause, it is a nightmare to be safe.
