I'm guessing that defeats the whole point of the contest... to promote photoblogging on opera mini.

Only use the Photo Blog feature on Opera Mini (that's the whole point of the game) to tell your story.

Precisely, I've tried to use the Photo Blog feature using the link on the start page, the camera activates, and I can successfully shoot a photo and submit it to my blog. What if I have to submit more than one photo (like it is supposed to be for this contest?), am I missing something?
I have also tried shooting photos and saving them to my phone's memory, then trying to edit the post (always using Opera Mini) and submitting the photos by clicking on the "add new picture/file" button, but this just triggers a useless page reload so I cannot upload anything.
Another option I've tried (and this works) is entering in my page on my.opera (still, always with Opera Mini of course), creating a photo album, clicking on the "upload images" button, a form appears enablng me to click on a button to activate the camera, shot a photo, and uploading it to the album; this way I can submit as many photos as I want. By the way, I can't figure out how/if it is possible to submit photos stored in my phone's memory, please tell me if it's just not possible by now.
Considering all these tries are not so cheap, please define the rules and post somewhere a brief summary of what we are supposed to do in order to partecipate to this contest.
However, thanks for this opportunity to explore the nice unexpected features added to my camera-enabled phone coupled with Opera Mini Advanced and my.opera, because if your instructions where clear from the very first moment probably I would have gone straight into the suggested direction, missing this useful exploration.
Now, I wait for your replay to give the community my story and hope to Wiin!

As I've written in the text you quoted, I had already successfully accomplished what explained in both the tutorials, but it seems this competition requires more than just one photo to be uploaded (min: 10 - max: 20).
As I can understand, the following are the available options to arrange a photo story with Opera Mini:
1) Using the "Photo Blog" link on the start page, which cannot submit more than one photo per post, so this means that the story will be built through several distinct blog posts, each one with its own title and a photo within; as just one title is allowed for the competition, we have to insert the chosen title to each post, adding a "[1/20], [2/20], etc.", or whatever...
2) Using the Photo Album of My.Opera through Opera Mini: it allows to create an album with a chosen title (which could be the title of the story), and submit several photos in it, placing them in sequence.
So, here it is my wish: I'd like to know if both options are allowed for this competition, or if just one of them (which?), or if none of them is allowed (so what?), or if I'm missing something. In case the option 2) is allowed, we should post the link to the created album here, is it right?
I think the most convenient option is the second one, because with the first it would be somehow weird to have a story splitted through twenty blog posts... But, from what you've suggested with the tutorials it seems the right option for you. If there's a way to use the first option and submit more than one photos in a single blog post, please explain it as unfortunately I can't figure it out by myself.
Thanks, btw nice competition idea (and prize!), now fix the rules and we'll submit something cool ;)
PS: I can see in your video tutorial that the photo is uploaded with resolution 640x480 - does it depend on phone's model (it seems a Nokia N75 is used there)? Using my N70 I can only submit photos with resolution 160x120 (no it's not related to the phone's setting for image quality, which is far better than that: they're automatically scaled down by Opera Mini), but it's rather poor to appreciate some details in the story I'll submit for the contest, so I wonder if there is some setting I can tweak in order to post photos with bigger resolution than 160x120.

There are many ways you can create a photo bloggin' story. One way is to copy the image addresses and paste/sort them in a new blog post afterwards (right click the photo blogged image -> copy image address), and set the photo blog posts to 'private', so they are only visible to you (here is a screenshot of the blog setting - I use the Norwegian version of Opera but I assume you get the ... 'picture'
Play with it a bit, be creative and come up with the most original way to tell your story. The community will appreciate it!
Regarding the screen resoltuion, this is related to camera settings on your phone.

So, these are the steps:
1) you have to load Opera Mini (Advanced) on your mobile phone (you need a photocamera of course ;) and log inwith your username and password;
2) click on the "Photo blog" link in the start page
3) your phone will turn in camera mode and you will shot your first picture for the story;
4) Opera Mini will ask for the title and some settings for the post to upload, there you'll specify you want it as "private". You can avoid specifying a title here, you'll set it when putting all together; Opera Mini will upload the photo on your blog, as a blog post with no title and a photo;
5) repeat the steps 2-4 for all the photos you need to build your story
Now, you have all the photos uploaded with Opera Mini in your blog; for us to enjoy your story, with Opera desktop on you PC create a (public) post in your blog, set the title with the title for your story, and insert the links to the images you've uploaded with your phone. This way: etc. (for all the images)
Hope it helps, see you! Please don't post something better than mine ;)

I have pages at http://www.zolaenterprises.com and http://www.facepaint.ws that I am wondering if the tables or the frames show up with the opera browser but, I hate to download a new browser. I have had trouble in the past with downloads of that sort and changing things on my computer viewing.
Any input or advise on if the pages are ok would be so great. thanks,
leigh

Just download Opera and use it instead of other browsers. Opera is faster and more secure than the rest.
