RULING OF THE MIND
A restless mind is a mind that is frequently disturbed. This kind of mind will hurt both the spiritual life and the spiritual work. It will lead believers into a countless number of wrong pathways. A restless mind cannot work according to its normal condition. This is why the Apostle Paul taught the believeers not to allow any anxious thoughts to remain in them(Phil.4:h). Once such a thought comes in, it should be turned over to God. Then the peace of God will keep their hearts and thoughts..
The mind also should be kept in humility. Haughty thoughts are very prone to bring believers into error. All thoughts of self-justification,self-boasting and self-satisfaction cause the mind to think improperly. Ask God all the time to help you
