forever, close friends..., Friendship
TWO FRIENDS WERE WALKING THROUGH THE DESERT.
DURING SOME POINT OF THE JOURNEY, THEY HAD AN ARGUMENT; AND ONE FRIEND SLAPPED THE OTHER ONE IN THE FACE.
THE ONE WHO GOT SLAPPED WAS HURT, BUT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, WROTE IN THE SAND:
TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE.
THEY KEPT ON WALKING, UNTIL THEY FOUND AN OASIS,WHERE THEY DECIDED TO TAKE A BATH THE ONE WHO HAD BEEN SLAPPED GOT STUCK IN THE MIRE AND STARTED DROWNING, BUT THE FRIEND SAVED HIM.
AFTER HE RECOVERED FROM THE NEAR DROWNING,HE WROTE ON A STONE:"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE ".
THE FRIEND WHO HAD SLAPPED AND SAVED HIS BEST FRIEND ASKED HIM, "AFTER I HURT YOU,YOU WROTE IN THE SAND AND NOW,
YOU WRITE ON A STONE, WHY?"
THE FRIEND REPLIED "WHEN SOMEONE HURTS US WE SHOULD WRITE IT DOWN IN SAND, WHERE WINDS OF FORGIVENESS CAN ERASE IT AWAY.
BUT, WHEN SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING GOOD FOR US,WE MUST ENGRAVE IT IN STONE WHERE NO WIND CAN EVER ERASE IT."
LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE.
THEY SAY IT TAKES A MINUTE TO FIND A SPECIAL PERSON, AN HOUR TO APPRECIATE THEM, A DAY TO LOVE THEM, BUT THEN AN ENTIRE LIFE TO FORGET THEM.

Job Interviews: Why Don't You Tell Me About Yourself?
VideoJug presents a short series of films on how to navigate those scary interview questions. With Rikke Hansen's help, from Career Concierge, we help you answer such questions as 'Why don't you tell me about yourself?' confidently and well.
1. Step 1: What They Are Really Asking
Here the interviewer is asking you to present yourself in the best possible light, to give them your selling points for this particular role.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
The do not want to hear about your life outside of work or what you do outside of work.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They want to know that you have read through the job description and that you know what they are looking for. Tell them about yourself in a professional context. Think of yourself as a product, explain why people should buy you - don't just tell, sell.
4. Good Luck!
Job Interviews: What Are Your Strengths?
VideoJug has combined forces with Rikke Hansen of Career Concierge to help you answer the question 'What Are You Strengths?' as best as you possibly can. Navigate your job interview well with out help.
1. Step 1: What They Really Want To Know
What the interviewer wants to know is how well you know yourself and your strengths. They also want to see that you have been able to pick out the strengths that are relevant to the job in question.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
They don't want to hear typical clichés or phrases without an example to back what you are saying. They also don't want to hear about any strengths that are completely irrelevant to this job.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They do want to see that you have actually sat down and thought about the strengths most relevant to the job in question. You could sit down and highlight the strengths needed for the job states in the job description. Be sure to also give them very specific examples of how you have used your strengths for your former employer.
4. Good Luck!
Job Interviews: What Are Your Weaknesses?
When asking 'What Are Your Weaknesses?' what does your interviewer want to hear? Rikke Hansen tells VideoJug how best to navigate this question, and give the best possible answer to your interviewer.
1. Step 1: What They Are Really Asking
Interpret the questions. What the interviewer really wants to know is what risks they are potentially taking by hiring you. It is also a stress question, and by asking you a stress question they can see how you react when it is thrown at you.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
They don't want to hear that you have a huge weakness that can't be corrected under any circumstances, or something that would really negatively impact your performance on the job. They also don't want to hear about a personal trait that has no bearing on the job itself.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They do want to hear you being honest about a minor weakness you have, and that you are doing something about it. You should turn the negative into a positive and show that you are not only aware of this weakness, but doing something about it.
4. Good Luck!
Why Do You Want To Work For This Company?
Rikke Hansen from Career Concierge helps you to answer this tricky question. Find out what the interviewer is really asking here, and what you should try and say by watching this VideoJug film.
1. Step 1: Interpreting the question
They want to see that you've considered where you want to work and why.
2. Step 2: Don't say
Don't imply you want to work at their company just for an impressive addition to your CV.
3. Step 3: Do say
Show that you've researched their company.
Sell yourself in relation to their specific products / services.
4. Good luck
Job Interviews: Why Should We Hire You?
Sometimes in a job interview, it all comes down to one question, 'Why should we hire you?' Rikke Hensen of Career Concierge and VideoJug have combined forces to help you answer it, and get the job of your dreams.
1. Step 1: What They Are Really Asking
What the interview really wants to know is why they should hire you instead of someone else they are interviewing. They want to know that if they gave you the job, what would you be able to do for them. Look at the job description and know what they would require when you start working for them.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
They don't want to hear what you want to get out of this, that you really need a job and that they should hire you because you are really good at your job.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They want you to sell yourself to them. Be very specific about what is in it for them, and if they gave you this job, what would they get out of it. Focus on examples of the things they are really looking for, how you've done it already and how you can do it again for them.
4. Good Luck!
Job Interviews: Why Did You Leave Your Last Job?
The dreaded question 'Why did you leave your last job?' is not as difficult to answer as you would expect, especially when combined with Rikke Hansen of Career Concierge's advice. So watch this VideoJug film and find your perfect answer.
1. Step 1: What They Want To Know
What they want to know is what you have learnt about yourself in the process of looking for a new job, and what you are hoping to gain by moving companies.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
They don't want to hear you slagging off your boss, company, products, colleagues or focusing on the very negative aspects.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They do want to hear you focusing on the benefits of a move and what you are looking to get out of a move. Make it very positive. Focus on the benefits, opportunities and development.
4. Good Luck!
How To Negotiate Your Salary For A New Job
Got your perfect job? Now make sure you get your perfect salary! We show you how to negotiate your salary without being over-confident or ending up with too little.
1. Step 1: Your market value
What do you have to offer and what is that worth?
2. Step 2: Non-negotiable
Decide on things that aren't negotiable, from your point of view, and points you're more flexible over.
3. Step 3: Be realistic
Don't overprice yourself. Know the company's limit.
Job Interviews: Where Do You See Yourself In Five Years?
If your interviewer asks you 'Where do you see yourself in five years?' Rikke Hansen of Career Concierge has come up with some great tips to help you answer. Learn with VideoJug what to say and what not to say in your job interview to be successful.
1. Step 1: What They Are Really Asking
What the interviewer wants to know is if you have actually given any thought to your future career and if so, is there any obvious conflict between what they can offer or give you, and what you actually want.
2. Step 2: What They Don't Want To Hear
They won't want to hear a really rigid answer, or any other very specific, very timeframed goals that would just mean that you would be driving the show.
3. Step 3: What They Do Want To Hear
They want to hear that you have given some thought to your future and there are certain things you are aiming towards. You should aim not to be too rigid or specific as to exactly when that's going to happen and how it's going to happen. The interviewer does, however, want to know that you are really enthusiastic about your profession and that you want to be the best you can be.
4. Good Luck!
Job Interviews: What Will Your Former Employer Say About You?
When asked the question 'What will your former employer say about you?' it's best to know the perfect formula for an answer. Rikke Hensen of career concierge provides this to VideoJug users - so good luck!
1. Step 1: Interpreting the question
Are you aware of how others perceive you? Do you request feedback?
2. Step 2: Don't say
No clichés or generalisations. Don't be negative about your previous company if they didn't give feedback.
3. Step 3: Do say
Any specific quotes about you, related to the job, in feedback, reports or evaluations.
Bring print-outs of e-mails or reports to back-up these comments.
How To Perform Effectively In A Job Interview
This film shows you how to prepare and perform in a job interview. If you are committed to getting that perfect job, then watch this excellent video on how to perform effectively in the interview stages.
1. Step 1: Dress for Success.
Bottom line, you can never be overdressed for a job interview. Unless you hear otherwise, plan on wearing a business suit. Men, wear a tie.
Whatever you wear, make sure you will be comfortable in it during the interview, and make sure it's not shabby and wrinkled.
2. Step 2: Bring your Sales Material
You are here to represent yourself. Bring multiple copies of your resume, in case more than one person asks for it. Also have a list of personal and professional references on hand if requested.
3. Step 3: Don't be late, be EARLY
You should arrive no later than five minutes early to the interview.
Being ready in advance—but not too far--always makes a good impression. Heed my advice, children: Never arrive late.
Figure out in advance where to park, which elevator to use, and how much walking you will have to do in between. This could make the difference between getting there five minutes early, or fifteen minutes late!
Also, no gum…and try to smell good.
4. Step 4: Use the Confidence
The moment you arrive, you have essentially started the interview. Give a confident smile to the receptionist as you walk in. If you're lucky, they'll remember that. Take every opportunity to make an impression on everyone you see or meet.
5. Step 5: Body Movin'
Be sure to give a firm handshake and make good eye contact with your interviewer. This is a sign of a good listener, and a responsive worker. Also watch your posture—nobody wants to hire a slouch.
Hand gestures that are open and in movement are recommended over a closed posture that might show insecurity.
6. Step 6: Ask Questions
Have a few questions ready about the company or position. It shows you did your research, and darn it, you care.
7. Step 7: The Graceful Exit
When the interview has concluded, gather your portfolio and thank your interviewer. Shake hands and off you go. Don't linger, it's annoying. As a wise man once said, “Be quick, but don't hurry.”
8. Step 8: The Follow Up
Two days after your interview, it is a good idea to follow up by phone or email. This is an opportunity to thank them for considering you, and to let them know that you are very interested in the position.

1) It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is more painful is to love someone and never to find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
2) Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
3) Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship--and to find out you still care for that person.
4) A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
5) When a door of happiness closes, another opens but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the ones, which has been opened for us.
6) The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and have the best conversation you ever had.
7) It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
8.) Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't be content it grew in yours.
9) There are things you'd love to hear that you would never hear from the person whom you would like to hear it from, but don't be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from the heart.
10) Never say goodbye if you still want to try; never give up if you still feel you can go on; never say you don't love a person anymore if you can't let go.
11.) Love comes to those who still: hope although they've been disappointed, to those who still believe although they've been betrayed, need to love those who still love although they've been hurt before.
12) It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone - but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
13) Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Hope you find the one that makes you smile.
14) There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real! Hope you dream of that special someone.
15) Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.
16) May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy and enough money to buy me gifts!!
17) Always put yourself in others' shoes. If you feel that it
hurts you, it probably hurts the person too.
18.) A careless word may kndle strife; a cruel word may wreck a life; a timely word may level stress; a loving word may heal and bless.
19) The beginning of love is to let those we love be just
themselves and not twist them with our own image -otherwise; we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them.
20) The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of
everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
21) Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives.
22) Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss and ends with a tear.
23) The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
24) When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying...

I write the lines you want me to, with the words I dare to use of all
the ones that you have taught me, along the years
You cast a perfect shadow on the paper, fade away with sunlight, I fear
the way you know me, love can leave a stain
You steal my only hope and make me stay awake another night, I wish you
bear with me, stay near me
When the autumn leaves have fallen....
Solitude, my pain, the last thing left of me...
If you fall I´ll catch, if you love I´ll love, and so it goes, my dear
don´t be scared,
you´ll be safe, this I swear If you only love me
Seven lonely lies written on Deadwinter´s night open the only book with
the only poem I can read
In blood I sign my name and seal the midnight with a tear, burn the
paper, every line for them I cried…
If you fall I´ll catch, if you love I´ll love, and so it goes, my dear,
don´t be scared,
you´ll be safe, this I swear. If you only love me back
I am the Playwrite and you are my Crown, make me cry for your love, like
you´ve done many times, so I know
I can´t write these storylines without you, Lady Pain, make me strong,
can´t we be together without them forever…
The words I write can only hurt you, sorry for the rain, thank you, my
only one, you gave me this pain
I leave you gently on the floor, take one step towards the door,
where´s the letter never written, goodnight now…
If you fall I´ll catch, if you love I´ll love, and so it goes, my dear,
don´t be scared, you´ll be safe, this I swear. If you only love me
If you fall I´ll catch, if you love I´ll love, and so it goes, my dear,
don´t be scared, you´ll be safe, this I swear. If you only love me back
