Talk about weird titles, huh?

I had a blackout (actually I was just sleeping, maybe) for 15 hours!!!
Could u believe it? I wasn't even tired, but I was pretending to be tired yesterday
I moved sluggishly and pretended that I have a fever, I guess the power of my own suggestion got the best of that when I came home I felt tired & went to sleep right away

Woke up at six, washed my face & preparing for my usual night-life.
Imagined my surprise when I opened my cell to call up the guys that it was 6 AM!!!
I went WTF!!! Mails & SMSes were apparently pending because my cell turned off all night long
I couldn't believe I've missed an entire night & it was a full moon!!!

Well I replied all the mails & sms, then went to watch all the movies & animes that I've downloaded
One of them was Hayate no Gotoku & it had a new OP-ED!!! The OP was nice, very Kotoko-ish or Hayate-ish, with an interesting animation.
The ED however made me ROTFL!!! It tried to make a new meme w/ karakoi meaning dakara shoujo ha koi wo suru
And the guys at SS-Eclipse translated it to WGFL = Why Girls Fall in Love
It was funny, both animation and songs, watched it over and over, and it kinda grew maybe because Nagi was just so cute

Then I took a quick shower, dressed up, getting ready for breakfast and work
I realized that I need to start reading my textbooks again cuz the entrance exam for my residency starts in 3 months!!!
Oh crap!!! It's hard to start u know? Devouring all those books will take time getting used to...
I mean after tasting colourful & spice filled life for months putting bland book right on the table feels kinda distasteful don't u think?

Let's start putting all that knowledge in my head shall we?

Anyone ever watch spice & wolf? It's an anime about a... Goddess? A wolf goddess & a merchant...
Or more precisely a paganistic giant wolf-shaped harvest goddess & a merchant & their economic(?) adventures...

It sounds weird I know but it's a great show, go and watch it if u haven't...
U can probably tell from this that I am an anime lover, an otaku if u will
I'm not afraid to admit the fact that I probably am... Cuz good shows are good shows!!!
It shouldn't matter if it's in animation or not...

Anyways we'll talk more about animes some other time...
The reason I'm writing this is because I just heard a story from a friend that resembles (just a little bit) this particular anime

U see in the end of season one the couple was accompanied by a shepherd and her dog
Which made the wolf goddess just a little bit jealous & insecure...

This story resembles that a bit...
A lone sheep was brought in by a shepherd to meet a new herd, a herd of another shepherd or a group of shepherds if u like...
And of course with transition comes...what do call it? doubts? insecurities?
Anyways since it was brought in by another shepherd, which was unusual (was it really?), it created a ripple amongs the flock, their neighbouring flocks, and even the wolves...
I'm not sure if the shepherds are also in uproar because...well they don't appear to be...but since they are veteran shepherds I guess they have no problems keeping a stone face
But can u believe it? The wolves... but I guess this shepherd is quite well known, they can't afford to chew on the wrong sheep can they?
Even if those sheeps are meant to be sacrificial lambs one day...and then "reincarnate" to become wolves and possibly shepherd themselves...

It's a weird story I know... Some of u might get it, most of u may not.. I'm hoping at the latter -at least for now- so that those that read this might comment (what are the odds of that happening?) and among other things...

Anyways I just think that it's cute that the old little lambs are scared...ooh I wanna bite them all up!!!
Oh and don't forget to watch the series!!! Spice and Wolf season I is on DVDs and online of course & season II is airing (and also online)

Like a said earlier the lyrics were written by Dan Heymann, a white South African who served as a conscripted soldier. This song was recorded and released by South African (Cape Town) band Bright Blue in 1988. It is an anti-apartheid song. The man (Apartheid-time South African government) lived in fear (of the Black freedom struggle). They built a wall (hiding the truth of the oppression from the world and its own citizens) and kept telling everyone that all is ok.

Within the melody of "Weeping" is “Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika,” the Black South African anthem. Although now the official national anthem, back in 1987 (When "Weeping" was first recorded by Bright Blue) anyone caught playing “Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika” was subject to arrest.

Pretty amazing isn't it? a band making a stand to the government...

I personally am a proud owner of BB 9500 Storm, but I had a bit of a problem with my Storm right now, so as I was searching for a solution and a new cellphone (*read: iPhone) i stumbled upon this:





Quite an interesting video, this is just the 1st part, I'll keep u updated on the rest of it if anyone wants me to (*hint: comment!!!) or if u want just right click on the video and u'll be able see the rest of them. What's interesting is the fact -said on this video- that iPhone can't send MMS? man... why the hell did they named this baby as the "Jesus Phone"???

I also found that most sites prefer Storm, than the so called "jesus phone" (or maybe I'm just biased )

iPhone's touch screen has a lack of tactile feedback -- in other words, the screen offers no response
when you hit a key, making it difficult to type without staring directly at the screen. I don't own an
iPhone so I don't know how much of a pain that is, but I don't think that it should've be a problem,
should it? cuz IMO having to point then click is more of a hassle...

7. Copy and Paste
Holy crap!!!! iPhone can't copy and paste??? what the hell! that's a BIG NO NO to me!!! do they really
expect me to type a website URL down to the dots and slashes??? man I am so...keeping my Storm and
I'm never buying an iPhone!!!
Although... the copy and paste function on Storm is not exactly easy to use, well I guess it's better
than nothing...

8. Multitasking Champ
You can play a game while waiting for an IM, now that is cool!!! I think...


On the very same website the same author also wrote "8 Reasons to Pick the iPhone Over the Storm." maybe someday I'll blog it or maybe I won't, we'll see...

So my question remained unanswered... which one is better goddammit!!! but still I guess I'll keep my Storm for a little while longer...or maybe change it into Bold (they say it's better)

Anyone that has an iPhone please...comment...I beg of u, I need to know your opinion, because my particular Storm is a problem child...
