on a tangent-i was thinking of reducing my caffeine intake today. i've heard swede's reference to this as a "white" time...well thats actually refraining completely for say...i think her example was a "white month". well that is beyond me. i'm think more like three servings through this day and tonight at work. and if that is possible tommorrow. and then maybe for a week. and we'll go from there. eventually i might take on refined sugars, which really sneak in large amounts via my coffee. so i reckon this will additionally serve as a moral support forum and i will thank you readers and commentors ahead of time for being here to listen and comment 
. yepp, yepp...cigarrettes were kicked in the recent past (approximately five months...i've even engaged in socially smoking one or two on three separate occassions since with no significant regression), coffee today and tommorrow...and tommorrow THE WORLD!! and refined sugars
