I don't know what causes this but it's not the usual behaviour! :eyes:.
.
I was browsing fine and the Opera started freezing up and wasn't responding. So I launched Gnome System Monitor to check it out! Just look at those two cpu's dance! :yikes:.

notice how one virtual processor hits 100% full on while the other on is cruising at 15% ?? And notice how they suddenly swop positions? :confused:.
They're supposed to run around the same with only minor variations between them! :left:.

AH HA! I found the bloody culprit! :irked:.
It was the bloody Opera plug-in wrapper that was making my cpu jump through hoops like that!!! :lol:.
I disabled plugins and things are back to normal! p:.
