American DEA and Serbian BIA worked together and stopped the shipment of 3 tons of cocaine a week ago. It was supposed to ship from Uruguay to South Africa and then to few of European ports

But, because it's related to heroin, opium, etc, it is a schedule 5 medicine and only available on prescription. And any ethical doctor will only prescribe it for treating chronic pain. ( long term, incurable. i.e. not your occasional headache)
It's a Narcotic and it's illegal to buy, sell or distribute it without a valid doctor's script being produced for it. So it can NEVER be legally sold via mailorder as there is no way for the pharmacist to verify the script. Especially if it's cross-border as well.
I also know that Viagra affects blood pressure and all such medication must be prescribed by a doctor as misuse or abuse of it is potentially lethal!
So they are trafficking in Narcotics or selling sweets, one or the other. Either way, it's illegal.
