LSI steps integration paces and furnishes funds of 85 million dollars and purchases Tarari again

U.S.A. LSI Corp. signed the final agreement a few days ago, had no semi-conductive company Tarari Inc. of wafers to purchase with cash of 85 million dollars.
U.S.A. LSI Corp. signed the final agreement a few days ago, had no semi-conductive company Tarari Inc. of wafers to purchase with cash of 85 million dollars. Through this purchase, LSI will expand its assets and product mix. Tarari is a privately owned company with 45 staff, its chip offered offers content security and network control for enterprise.
"Through purchasing Tarari, LSI has content security and network control products and solution. " LSI Company NSPG (Network & Storage Products Group) Department's executive vice president Jeff Richardson says.
It is reported, after the trade is finished, group and products of Tarari will include in NSPG department that Jeff will be wielded.
