It seems that Google is spamming the freedesktop.org mailing list with Google Base advertisements.
At least they didn't harvest web sites for e-mail adresses: We found this e-mail address from the public Google search results.
Okay. That obviously makes it fair use. And after all - Google is not evil!

Google makes mistakes but is not evil - they apologized for the spam.
