如果要說的話，就是一個在不對的時間，遇見對的人的電影。然而，我覺得悲哀的是，杳子離開後，豐在機場對未婚妻說的「我愛你」，是不是其實是對杳子說的呢？只是豐終究會選擇自己的夢想（我想也是一般人的選擇），這就是杳子離開的原因吧？

這算是作者在動畫上的遺作（以此片向臼井老師致敬，算一算應該只有參與到前期），設定上是屬於陰暗的未來，因此小朋友長大以後的際遇幾乎都不如自己的想像。

如果以意義上的最後一部來說，也算是非常好的結局，有種意猶未盡的感覺，算是小新電影裡少數幾個比較好的強作。
