Nokia 3110 Classic restarting randomly?

Do you have a Nokia 3110 Classic? And you've encountered a strange restarting of your phone without any logical reason? I think i found why. And the problem is hardware related, not software.
First i thought my memory card is failing but the problems repeated with new memory card.
So i opened the damn thing and found the reason. It appears the case simply gives up over time when you press buttons on the other side and loses the contact somehow. Solution is actually pretty simple.
All you have to do is to place something between phone inner casing and battery so the battery pressures on the phone's "guts", preventing them from losing contact again.
That white thing is an ultra durable polymer high density foam around 1mm thick (with sticky surface on both sides).
I just removed the protective tape on one side so it doesn't stick to battery but it does to the inner part of the phone (and i can get it off easily anytime as the "glue" doesn't leave any stains).
I got it in store where i work, otherwise used to attach alarm sensors to expensive items.
Basically anything should do the trick as long as it's around 0,5-1mm thick and is flexible if possible.
Just enough to put pressure on the inside and prevent it from losing the contact (i assume).
The material should be the size of the red marked area. The pressure must be forced there specifically.
I had severe problems with my otherwise excellent Nokia 3110 Classic regarding restarting, but ever since i installed this thingie in it, it's working perfectly.
Another possible solution would be to replace entire phone casing. This means replacing front panel, back panel and middle pannel. Entire casing costs around 25 euro (original parts). And the result is not guaranteed as i never tried it. Also remember it has to be complete thing, not just front and back panel.
And opening Nokia 3110c is far from easy. If you do go this way, you'll need this Nokia 3110 Classic disassembly guide to open the thingie...

Just be careful as the ring around keyboard snaps quickly by just looking at it from wrong angle!
Oh and don't forget to let me know if this thing helped you to fix the restarting problem.
I'm interested if this is a faulty Nokia 3110 Classic design or just a random problem...

Solution:-
————–
1. Switch Off Phone (Remove Memory Car And SIM).
2. Star Phone Without Memory Card (But Now You Can Insert SIM)
3. Restore Your Phone (Factory Settings) Change Theme (Less Than 100KB In Size) Leave it Switch On For 10 Min.
4. Switch Off Phone And Leave it For 10 Min. (Remove SIM Card Also).
5. Insert Memory Card + SIM Card And Switch On Phone.
6. Enjoy.. :)
NOTE : -
1. Make Sure To Leave Free Space For Phone Memory Between 500KB +
2. This Will Effected For Next 4 - 5 Months …
3. If Phone Restarts, Then You Know What You Have To Do Now? ;)

I updated my phone software or the firmware thinking of this illogical problem. but i had to face it again and again! But the main solution, in my view, lies on the phone and maybe the following points??!! But it still works on my phone:
1) When the cell restarts, just keep on pressing the power button and restart yourself repeatedly.
2) the phone restarts normally after some time. Then again switch off the cell.
3) remove the memory card and sim card and restart the phone without sim.
4) finally insert everything and restart.. it will work.

hey, my 3110c phone is giving some problems. everytime i switch on the phone, the screen will work perfect for few seconds. And then i find some shaky effect on the screen. Everything vibrates slightly and horizontally at its place. i also observed that there are no shaky effects when the back light is down. Any idea what the problem is? note that display works fine for first few seconds, say 20 to 30 seconds.
