Oooooof.

Things aint so good right now.

For those that have read my blog since the beginning will know that I mentioned splitting up with my ex around September last year. Well, cut a long story short, we sort of started going out for meals in February or so this year, and as they say one thing led to another (I know, I know, so cliche). But well yeah, we're sort of getting back on track, like before but different. I think we have both realised it can't be like it was before, it didn't work. Neither of us got any personal time to hang about with friends and whatnot.

Having said that, I feel like again friends are slipping away. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because basically I want to spend lots of time trying to repair a relationship but also keep friends close. I think it's time I took a step back from things with Emma and have more time for friends.. It's hard though. It takes time to mend something like that with someone, I need to put in the time with it if I want it to work out. After working all day every day there's nothing I like more than going and cuddling up to someone. I'm trying to do what makes me happy but at the same time I have my mum basically saying I'm selfish and that I should be more like my half brother. Who, incidentally, doesn't have a job, and when his dad died got left vast amounts of money at his disposal, (doesn't really need a job I guess?), but still comes running to my mum when he needs to borrow some cash. I can't seem to win, my mums only happy when I'm pretty much unhappy, and seems to take pleasure in telling me so.

Thus, I'm at a real low point. I can't seem to win with people lately. I had an awesome weekend right up until yesterday evening when everything just went shit. And now i'm in a bad mood for work and I have no enthusiasm for anything.
