Opera does not adhere the conventions used by software having the English user interface. Normally the so called "title style" (where important words are capitalized) is used for some of the user interface elements, such as menus, buttons and titles of dialog windows. I've decided to make a try to make the Opera user interface compatible with the common user interface guidelines.

No, no, no… Opera 9.5 does not need the revised version of the English language file. The title-style capitalisation is already there!
It's really strange that this incredible progress related to the common human interface guidelines was not mentioned in these huge changelogs. I can see that some new
members had decided to sign up.

Feel free to share you thoughts on other aspects of Opera user interface.
