This is a picture I took just weeks after I bought my first (real) camera ever:
This picture was taken in apartment 3A of the newly renovated Chauvet Hotel, July 2007. I was using a Samsung S720 digital camera which I bought for around 100 bucks (it's now worth less).

They were having trouble selling the units, and the part-owner/seller saw me taking pictures across the street with my brand new camera (the first one I had ever owned in my life), and I asked me if I would come & take pictures.
It was fun, and I got some decent photos out of it.
