Just watching the John cale version of Heartbreak Hotel, there was a similar rendition on the Junes 1st 1974 album with Kevin Ayres,Eno and Nico and this is just as brilliant and totally wipes the floor with the Presley original

I wonder at people who can actually tell you in two sentences or less, what sort of music they listen to. I mean, do they only experience two emotions?

Thanks for the missive.

My favorite band! I've seen them over half a dozen times, in completely different venues, and they've never sounded quite the same twice.

They are also the only legitimately psychedelic band still in existence that I can think of...

No No! I appreciate the fact that you have broader tastes that 98% of the public. In this hellish Burg that I find myself currently stranded in, it's like people get lost if they aren't listening to "Classic Rock" (i.e. 70s-era hits).

That's why I thanked you for the post. I welcome hearing from you in the future!

~ ok mate, thanks for that. Yes theres so much good music thats sometimes obscured by commercialism & good to see you show what else is around~
