The defendant, a former Chickasaw Police Cpl. Bob Ingle, accused of raping, sodomizing and sexually abusing Becca. But Becca died in a car crash before a trial could take place.

Bob Ingle, is charged with raping and sodomizing the eleven year old for over a year of her short life. Ingle was a Chickasaw police officer when he was arrested in 2006 and was indicted in JAN 2007. He was a child photographer before becoming a police officer and traveled all the way to Pennsylvania. It is reported there are 20+ sexual assault victims and with the media attention more have come forward.
