OUTRAGE! A victim of child molestation dies in a car accident before she can confront her molester in court.

We have organized a huge Rally in Mobile Ala on May 20th, people from around the USA are coming for this event , we have people from NBC Universal attending as well....Bikers are coming from NC, LA, FL and AL. Also people coming from Kentucky, Georgia and Mass. We are expecting lots of supporters to fight for justice!!

We are holding a meeting at 11am for all attending. We are meeting at Spanish Plaza in Downtown Mobile. 401 Government Street. We will be marching down Government to the court house beginning about 1230pm and march until 3ish!

We need all the people we can get!! We need media!! This is going to be a very interesting day, the defense is trying to get a gag order and has made statements that a huge group of protesters and renegades are coming and he and his client is in fear of his safety!!

We are going to be there to fight for this little girl and YES be scared because we are there to be her voice and we will be heard!!!

BRIEF STORY HISTORY! MUST READ!
In 2006, Rebecca McEvoy admitted to a friend that she was the victim of sexual abuse.At age 9 little Rebecca was being sexually abused by her step-father and former Chickasaw,Al. Corporal Bob Ingle.She was a bright and very sweet child always one to follow instruction and never disobedient.Her abuse was very brutal and it stole her sense of innocence all to soon. She was a brave young girl and underwent all the necessary procedures to stop the abuse from this man who so badly violated her. She wanted so badly to be free from all that she had gone through and to see that no other children would ever suffer at his hands again. During the process of waiting for over a year for her case to be heard in the court, she under went counseling to help her recover from the physical and emotional stress. Unfortunately, Rebecca McEvoy would not get to see her predator be convicted. Her death would come all to soon for the purpose of prosecution and justice. Rebecca died in USA Women & Children Hospital 10 days after being on life support & never regaining consciousness. She was involved in a head on collision in which she was thrown from the van that would later claim her young life. At age 11, Rebecca died on Jan. 14, 2008. Her death would help many others to live by being an organ donor. Her family is fighting in her case that justice may be served and her last wish fulfilled.They have been confronted with many obstacles since her death. Including a Crawford V' Washington law that stands in the way of children of sexual abuse getting justice everyday all across our nation. They are currently trying to have an exception to this law created or this Crawford law overturned. "Becca's Law" would be a law to accommodate victims such as Rebecca and others that are not able to talk to confront their predator. Today young Rebecca McEvoy is free from all the shame and is restored never to be hurt by anybody ever again. There is great in justice still in the current laws that need carefully adjusting. Yet her accuser still is walking around a free man waiting on the courts in her case to decide whether or not her case will even go to trial. Pray for the children all across our nation that are let down by a system that we call justice everyday in this free country in which we live.Our laws currently protect the predator more than the rights of our future generation.We are failing as a nation to protect the little ones God entrust in our care.
