That's a very moving and evocative poem and photograph. The story of a suicide, it seems to me. Very sad.

Suicide all right, Richard. Long time ago - but still emotionally present.

The tech-stuff: Photoshop, choose filters, blur,radial blur, check zoom, adjust centre and amount - then go.
