That is one scary image! Gives me the shudders looking at it. Excellent, indeed. Wow.

Very interesting. And a little scary for me too.

Warmly, Ramute

This is supposed to be eerie. Time running out, falling into emptiness, the underworld.

Thanks for looking

That is excellent - you have a lot of talent!

Very nice. Sort off Pink Floyd meets Dahli's melting clocks

Good job man! It all comes together with the name. Love it!:D

And the title is from Pink Floyd as well, Asgeir. TY for the compliment.

Thanks, Lois - don't we all. Don't we all?

Geoff - thank you so much.

We should battle too!

I think it's wonderful.

Scary? How? The escalator seems fixed to me, it doesn't move. The woman and the man are discussing wether to just turn around and leave the mall - 'Time to go?' The moon, the clock and the figure to the right - well, I see stuff like that in almost every mall I go to. Nothing scary or eerie about that, if you ask me. Please explain.

The face of the devilish lady at the right. Actually she's a commercial for a certain brand of clothes. Consumerism leading to oblivion. We're all going lost while we move on escalators in malls. Maybe?

TY, Edward.

I thought that it was about love.

By edwardpiercy, # 27. March 2008, 17:48:36

It's all in the eye of the beholder - as with practically everything else, isn't it?

It's like trying to explain why a joke is funny. Takes the fun away.

Love... I like that one. The word 'love' is to me, like the word 'food' is to Homer Simpson. I almost instantly transcendent into a state of bliss. The wonderfull wasteland of the outside world fades away, and I become one with the stars and the moon - the clock melts, the escalator comes to a stand-still. Yes, I see... Love...

Hey... I'm okay... Almost did a flat-liner, there... But I'm okay now.

THX

:D

Wow, a new S. Dali is coming up...
In deed, that was my first thought, when I saw your collage.
An interesting and surreal work. :eyes:

The suggestion of Dali does give it an eerie-ness. It's the sort of art you keep coming back to.
