1st Prague Zombie Walk

Today was a first prague zombie walk and that's something i simply had to see. Originaly, i wanted to participate like an zombie, but u know how this things go. I had other stuff to do, so i couldn't. Anyway, it was still fun running around and taking photos. And it was quite awsome to see so many zombies marching through centre of Prague ^_^

This guy knew me, but under his (greate)mask, i sure as hell couldn't tell, who he is ^_^

And you can bet that so many zombies in the city was quite an atraction. Everyone wanted to make a photo.

Hope that next year there will be another march and next time i'm going to participate for sure ^_^

Oh and before i forget. I guess there are always some people that mistake zombies for goths. Heh? What was they thinking? That zombies care about fashion and laces? O_o

Soon i will post some skethes i did, i have them prepared for quite some time, but didn't have time (or was lazy or forgot) to upload them. Sorry guys.

Ok, i'm back again.

Didn't have much time to blog lately, there was too much going on it the real world ^_^ Yeah, i know. Usaly people woul'd write about what's going on, but not me. I'm enjoing it and brag about it later ^_^ But i will not bore u with some crap about another relation ship that didn't come out quite well for me, cuz i'm sure u heard lotsa stories like this plus i'm not an emo ^_^ I will just say this, she was an american, so forgive me for typing like shit, i have cought some bad habits in last two months ^_^

Anyway, as from the new year, i've got a new job. Now i do work as an pixelartist in company producing cellphone games. It's so cool, feels like making games for SNES or something ^_^
On the downside, i don't have much time to draw and even more time to sit by my computer at home, scan the pictures and post it online. And the fact i have bought myself a new sub notebook doesn't help. I can go online almost anywhere for free (well anywhere where i can find free wifi spot that is ^_^), but as u can imagine, i'm not draging my scanner with me arround ^_^
Plus i'm usally translating. Working on czech translation of Deamon diary, a korean comic book for teenage girls. It's so... well if u know something about asian comics, u know what i'm talking about ^_^

I have also bought myself a new cellphone, so i do have opera mini again and some camera, too. So nice to have at least something...!

I will sort up some pictures (both drawings and digi-lomo photos) and post them online later, k?

PS: This girl on deviantart just featured my Midnight rabbit picture on her journal. That's for the first time anyone featured me, except for my sis i have adopted on DA ^_^

As you may, or may not known, i was moving last few weeks. That's right. In my 27 years, i'm finally out of my parents place ^_^;;
Additionaly, lotsa other stuff was happening, like friends from France staying at my place, visit of Ayako, very sweet and nice girl from japan, visiting friends in other cities and such, i didn't really have time to draw. Plus my inspiration took off vacation or something and it didn't came back yet. Hopefully, i will begin to draw soon again, just yesterday i moved my drafting table to my new place. YAY!
Still, there is lotsa things to do at my new flat, as for now, i managed do get hot watter running and now i did pring a new freezer to the place. And there will be more, i would like to paint the palce and hopefully (if my roommate will not disagree), i would like to paint a tree in one corner of the livingroom. Hehe. Yeah, i know it's cliche, but whatever.
Unfortunately, my camera has gone to silicon heaven, so i can't send online any pictures of my flat. That meens only one thing. I will have to draw you a picture ^_^
Oh and i almost forgot. I don't have internet at my new place yet, so that's why i'm not active here as i used to be. I hope that will change soon ^_^

I didn't have much time to draw lately. Somehow i'm really bussy to meet with my friends, like with Nicky, my friend who is on visit here in prague form Switzerland and lotsa other people.

But tomorow i'm leaving prague fow a weekend. My friend is celebrating her birthday and we will be partying two days stright ^_^ I hope i will find some time to draw, cause there is lotsa nice objects there. Or people ^_^

Anyway, here is some sketch of my friend, Zack made on last sunday.

Hi folks.

So new month is here, wish me luck so i will post at leas as frequently as the last one ^_^
Anyway, i have been bussy last few days. On wendesday, i was on my kung-fu training and our sifu was once again trying to kill us. With limited success, but he was THIS close this time ^_^ So i was tired, all my muscles hurted me (and i have found several new muscles, i didn't know about till now ^_^) and right after the training, my friend Kathy (well, Katka, but if i use anglish version of the name, you will know it's a girl ^_^) and we went to her place, where i got a nice and relaxing shiatsu massage. It was soooo nice, i could get shiatsu after every training. I sure could ^_^
Because of this massage i have missed projection of Tarantino's Death Proof with my friends, but what the hell, you woul'd chose the same ^_^ (And i can watch the movie some other time with my other friends ^_^)

And today i overslept again and missed my work, so i'm drawing another joke based comic. This time is kind of romantic ^_^ You will see, but since i will have it finished later this weekend (i hope), i post a preview for now. It's a pencil work in progress, later i will ink it and erase the pencil off the paper. Enjoy!

Comics workshop mini

This weekend there were two conventions of comics artist here in Prague, on Vysehrad's garden pub again. So i have participated on both of them and here are some sketches i did there.

BTW, yesterday it was one big storm in Prague at the time i was on Vysehrad. So i was sitting under the umbrela on the garden, drinking a beer (Or coke? Can't remmember), reading and enjoying the weather. It was just wonderful. I just have pity on my friends, that left just seconds before the heavy rain begun. (Well, pity isn't the right word, i was laughing like hell ^_^)

Drafting table

I have a new drafting table! YAY!

Well it's not actualy new, i have bought it second hand, but for some 18$, which is cool ^_^ And it's ocupying almost half of my room space too, cause it's BIG! ^_^
I have started working on few short comics immediately, so you will see some in few days i hope.

And now some photos!
First, my room with the table. You can see there is not much of free space for dancing arround ^_^

And closeup of my table of course. You can see sketh of a onepage short on it already ^_^

Yesterday, while on my way to Vysehrad i had this idea of making myself a t-shirt with a logo you can see below. If you don't get it, don't worry, it's strange ^_^
You may know that i work with 3D modeling program Blender from time to time. And there is a object there, wich can not be seen in final picture, but it's very usable in making the scene and i like it a lot. It's name is EMPTY.
And i think it looks good and it's funny, so bite on that ^_^

Oh and BTW, i have seen Die Hard 4.0 yesterday and it's soooo ubercool. If you haven't seen it, you have to. GO! NOW! ^_^

Final version of my t-shirt design.

Other then that, i didn't have much time to draw. Well, all weekend, there was another comics workshop going on, but i spend the whole time talking instead of drawing. And on sunday, i went to have one beer and an exquizite soup with my friend in my favorite pub and guess what? We have met Ernesto there, a half czech, half peru person and he was really funny and we were drinking till 5AM and gosh! I couldn't go to my work on monday.

This weekend was so awsome.

I was on two party, one from friday till saturday and tha other from saturday till sunday. In few hours between them i was uploading the last post and traveling some 90km north to city of Litomerice, where i met my friends and went to some small willage to meet some other friens and bunch of new people (friends now too ^_^). All that stuff and more, it felt like all the things happening couldn't fit in just two and half day. I had so greate time.

Anyway, when others went away to have a walk, i stayed and "guarded the house". I used that time to draw this leaf of peppermint. I tought it's time to draw something little bit more detailed.
