Decided I didnt want to sit in traffic, crossed median and went the other way!

Wise. Unless of course there's a very good reason everybody else is heading the opposite direction.

Actually, I was also heading in the opposite direction, on purpose. LOL. I was sitting in that traffic from 3am to 7:30 am. I was the guinee pig who went through the median first and then 5 other 4X4's followed (after watching about 30 people getting stuck in the median). This was just north of Louisville heading towards Indy on 64 (I think it was 64). The traffic was back up all the way into Louisville, this is about 20 miles north of Louisville. Some sat there for 40 hours from what I understand. Some cars were abandoned etc...
