Singled Out

Whispers of a disturbed mind

Tagworld

Tagworld is a very cool online service, especially the music service it offers. You can't download any songs (or I must have looked over it), but it allows you to give one of your favourite artists, after which the site presents you with a list of music from that and similar artists that you may listen too.

Great way of finding new artists you'll possibly like...

OMG!!!

:headbang: The Unholy Alliance Chapter 2!!! :headbang:

I went to the first chapter in Octobre 2004, when it was Slayer+Slipknot+Hatebreed... It rocked soooo hard, the whistling sound in my ears stayed on for days on end p:

Ticket reserved :D

Freeware your mind : Sports

The first part in a series I'm writing for Boomtown is available at this link.

The article contains a couple of short reviews about free, and qualitative, sports games that you'll be able to find on the net :
° Albatross 18 (arcade golf)
° Shot Online (golf sim)
° Carom 3D (pool/snooker/...)

Have fun reading, and maybe we'll bump into eachother on a golf course or at some lousy pool hall

Out with the old, in with the new

As promised, but a little later than expected, here are some pics of my new car. I've also including pics of my old one, so you can clearly see I went from "Neanderthal" to "Cyborg"...

Tomorrow, tomorrow...

My new car tomorrow...
It's onlyyyyy a day aaaaaaaawaaaaaay!

Expect pics as soon as I've got the keys in my pocket.

Grow!

Some of you might already have stumbled onto the weird, but fun Grow games by Eyezmaze. Recently, a new spin-off was released : Grow RPG. And this time it's an RPG version (hence the name p:) based on the Grow gameplay. Can you find the right order to let every item develop to its fully-grown state and defeat the evil endboss?

PS: Be sure to check out the official homepage for the original Grow game, and some other innovative games.

PPS: If anyone wants the right order to put the things into the globe, I've got the list figured out already. Don't be shy to ask for help

Feel the Fear

The Fear Factory concert I attended yesterday was a real blast.

In-Quest, A belgian metal band opened the show, and got the crowd moving. The second group was Misery Index, but I had the feeling that they were just there to fill a 30 minute void between the opener and the main act. There wasn't really any connection with the audience, although the music was good.

Fear Factory itself opened with a blast, and the mood for the rest of the hour and a half of metal madness was set. Great times!

TO:Crossfire released

Going to keep it short, must get back to the server to kill some more terrorists :D

Read my review for the freshly released UT2004 modification TO:Crossfire here.

Enjoy!

Escaping...

Just a short entry to share an interesting online magazine I found while randomly browsing. The Escapist is a game about videogames and the people who play them. Unlike other mags, this one doesn't focus on delivering the latest news about my favourite passtime, but rather take a closer look at some of the topics my "generation" is interested in.

A must read for anyone who considers himself to be a true gamer

Other news. You may have noticed a new countdown to the day I should get my new car. Well, I've visited my retailer to get more info about my new car, and they told me it should arrive around the 5th of May. That's about a month later than expected. :worried:

My Telenet.G@mes reviews...

Just a quick note : I added all my reviews for http://games.telenet.be to my links section

Enjoy! (if you understand Dutch that is)
