40 pounds by Monday

-gone vegetarian (for good)
-stopped drinking regular sodas (and plan to cut out diet...they'll KILL you!)
-stopped eating dessert except for maybe once a month (only if I'm really jonesing)
-limited my alcohol intake to MAYBE one drink per month (not that I really had more than that before, but it's easier to keep up with it if you count)
-started drinking a lot more water
-decided to try and get more done on my "list"
-made a conscious effort to MOVE more. I am not calling it exercising. I am calling it moving.
So. By Monday of this coming week, I will HOPEFULLY have lost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year. It could have been a lot more by now, but things happen. I am not going to beat myself up over those things, and I am going to move forward. Right? Right. Go, me.
