I've made a new version now (Generated Source +) which is maybe even more useful. It has some basic syntax highlighting and clickable links. At least the links I've found to be very useful, as they make it easy to inspect script and CSS files, and to navigate into frames.

I think that might be difficult using javascript.

However, I added a new bookmarklet that uses an online service to show this. It will work on many web pages - but it won't work on web pages that require you to log in first.

@Romanre: There's a problem with the servers, I think. I just get error messages when I try to upload the file. I'll upload it again as soon as it gets fixed.
