I was looking for an Opera plugin that would handle the text/calendar MIME type, and your widget was proposed as an alternative.
It is truly useful, and in 90% solves my needs too.
The remaining 10% are related to: "how comes, that there is not text/calendar plugin in Opera, to support somehow the meetings one gets in e-mails?".
I haven't found a way to write to you than through this blog entry. (off: I've tried writing a comment to the widget page, but each time I logged in, it took me to the widgets main page, and as I got to your widget page again, I wasn't logged in. Round'and'round.)
So, I want to ask from you if you ever thought about such a plugin? I'm thinging about writing one, that just shows the iCalendar entry as a readable text. (I use Opera 9.10, and that doesn't display anything when an appointment info is sent from Outlook.)
And it would be great if a plugin could communicate with a widget (yours of course), to add those mailed events in the widget.
Maybe this is not possible in a full automatic mode. I haven't wrote any widget or plugin yet, so all this is just an idea.
My mail is: hatod@operamail.com.
BTW, you might want to delete this comment, as it is not related to the blog entry...
Best wishes,
Hatod.

This calendar is a wonderful widget. I have found on bug or perhaps is is ignorance:
I went to schedule a reoccurring appointment on Aug 20
Everything when well with the new event but to repeat it the opions offered were the 19th of each month or the 3rd Wednesday alas the 20th is the 3rd Thursday- If I saved the event as the 19th -- it remained on the calendar. If I selected the 3rd Wednesday then okay it, the entire event was removed. Any ideas as to why?
