Phrase [96] vCalendar <> iCalendar ? I think it should be iCalendar
Phrase [4] if its not possible to set the "source" in the String you should write:
"Beim Versuch die Daten einzulesen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten" (without source)
[18] and [19]: "above" in my opinion is not necessary because ther is only one text area.

It looks great! I'll implement the german translation, then I will send it to you so you can test it before I release the next version.
Some comments on the phrases you have marked with '???' (Perhaps someone else wonders about these too):
[4] = "An error occured when trying to retrieve data from:": I'm changing this to "Exceeded the maximum waiting time when trying to retrieve data from: %URL%", so that %URL% can be moved to other parts of the sentence. The grammar of the old phrase was problematic in hungarian too, as I understould it. The same goes for phrase 35. It should now be "Exceeded the maximum waiting time when trying to retrieve data from: %URL%".
[8] = "At start": This phrase is used in the drop-down menu for the reminder time in the Event window.
[17] = "Contact": This phrase is only used when importing an iCalendar file. If the event has a contact, this is added to the description of the event in Time and Date. The same goes for:

[44] = "From": I agree with you. I'm changing this to "At" instead.
