Getting it out of my system

I'm caught up in a place. . . . that has neither light or hope, because the situation is so bad. . . , I've hit the point where i can't cope!
I will manage with it none the less. . . . I will pretend that all's ok, and keep on smiling at you all. . . .until it goes away!
