Me on cooking in general, what I like, why do I like it, and a recipe.
Yeah, as I've already mentioned for several times, I like to cook. Actually, I even thought of it as a possible profession, but hey - cooks aren't really that appreciated here. I enjoy experimenting with food and trying new stuff, and I enjoy cooking for my friends (although haven't done it recently).
Since some days I'm rather busy, I try to keep it simple. I mean, I do love complex recipes, but I rarely have time for them. I usually prepare food by mixing some groceries up and leaving it on the cooker for some time and then checking up on it later on. This way, I have enough time to do my other obligations - or just to be online.
