Picturesque Paris

Of course I knew before I left that Paris is a huge city. I also knew that there is a lot of history around and countless things to be seen and/or done while there. Even though I have become quite interested in wandering around historical sites in my old days, I also enjoy experiencing a city through sitting on a café watching the life.
This weekend I did a bit of both, but mostly the latter
.
On Saturday, I was having lunch on Champs Elysées, when I suddenly saw somebody I recognized.
It's the Norwegian Prime Minister, Jens Stoltenberg, casually strolling by. Next year, we have elections in Norway. I wonder if I can sell this picture then, with him under a sign that says "Change"
.
I'm not very fond of standing in line, so even though I saw quite a few attractions, it was mostly from the outside. I guess that's the reason the photos aren't very inspired this time, but if you'd like to take a look at a selection, they are right here.

I don`t think Mr. Stoltenberg will like it though

pfelelep - Hong Kong? That sounds cool
Darko - Thank you. Stoltenberg is a public figure, and if he walks down the Champs Elysées he has to count on meeting people who know him - whether he likes it or not
Actually, I was extra surprised to see him there as it was the day before the Norwegian Constitution Day which is celebrated like there's no tomorrow. (I was going to make a post about that, but it's kind of too late now...)
Mik - I don't think I've heard that song. Will have to look it up
Hi Carol
Mart - I didn't see any artists around, but to be honest I didn't stay for very long. I was merely passing it in order to get to somewhere else
I wonder which of my particular features a caricaturist would enhance

Sorry José, but you are standing on Furie's land now. Pay up or go to... "jail".
