Windows build 8502?

I've read a blog entry written in Japanese, his/her friend's Opera 9.00 Windows is not build 8501, but 8502 :confused:
So I went to see ftp of Opera. The below is the results.

Yes, I've already used 9.01 weekly. One of my friends on GoogleTalk, who still uses 9.00, updated to 8502, installed fine, no fix for long href.
