Kolkata, Dec 9 (PTI) The National Fishermen's Federation (NFF) today threatened to launch countrywide agitation if the Centre did not scrap its plan to set up a nuclear power plant at Haripur in West Bengal's coastal East Midnapore district, after opposition from Trinamool Congress on the issue.

A day after Manmohan Singh made public the Centre’s decision to go ahead with the nuclear power plant at Haripur in West Bengal’s East Midnapore, Trinamool Congress raised voices of dissent.
