The SAT is one of the most difficult tests that can be taken. It can determine so much for a potential student. Where they get accepted into, what career they choose and in some cases how much scholarship money they will be awarded. Taking any test is a difficult thing, and can be very stressful. Prepare for the Actual Test Day
A SAT test has a lot going on during test day. It is important to understand where the SAT test center is for testing day, what time the SAT test is and any paperwork that needs to be taken to the test beforehand. By having this list and being prepared, the individual will not be rushing on their test day, which can improve their focus during the SAT test itself.
Getting Rest
As with any test, it is important for SAT test prep that a person gets enough rest the week of the test. Resting just the night before is not enough to help prepare a person’s mind and body for the test. Instead, the individual needs to study during the day and still get at least eight hours of rest at night throughout the week to ensure they are fully rested for their SAT test.

This will also allow you to make cards that help you study particular areas that need a little extra work.
