I'm trying

...but where is this all leading?

Two!

,

So Usain Bolt set another world record today. That guy is unreal.

I guess I can't compare my little accomplishment to his, but I set a little record or my own today ! It's been two years since I dislocated my shoulder . Two years! And it's taken two years of working hard to get my range of motion back. It may not seem like much, but today I did two pull-ups! Two! Not one, but two! :knight: Today two pullups tomorrow the world!

DareIs she or isn't he?

How did it happen? I read the entire post but you didn't explain :left:
So, your shoulder is going back to shape but what about head?

Oh, I thought you knew. The explanation is here
and more here . I was rockclimbing.

My head? :irked:

"Well, it turns out I also have a small fracture on the head of my humerus,"
Homer: Doh!
Sorry, I was reading it early in the morning before coffee started to run my brain faster :ko: So I remembered just head, not the rest of it :left:

My cousin from Croatia had severe dislocation of his right shoulder while he was in army. Needed to have surgery done and more than 6 months to recover. He said, after the recovery process, that swimming helped him a lot.

 I thought you were making an analogy to my mental state.

I couldn't even lift my arm to swim for about 6 months. Some painful physiotherapy and lots of strength training prevented surgery. Yay.
