We offer free legal advice in the following areas:

·What to do if your child is excluded
·Bullying
·Special needs
·Admissions
·Becoming a school governor

Beverley Livingston, an Education Advocate based at North Kensington Law Centre, is funded by EHRC* to provide an advocacy and advice service to parents/carers across all areas of education. SARAG is pleased to host the extension of this service into the borough of Ealing. Education is a legal right. Please call in if you have an issue regarding your child’s education. The advice is free and you do not need an appointment. The Education Advocate may also be able to accompany parents/carers to school meetings, if necessary.
