Kipling residents recently received a letter from David Colley, Senior Project Manager of the Housing Regeneration Team, informing them that their car park was closing on 3rd March. The land is

'soon being transferred to our partner Catalyst Community Housing to allow new homes to be built'.

The letter goes on to warn that

'...any vehicle left in the Kipling Tower car park will be removed and the council accepts no responsibility or liability caused...'
