Kids are very smart and funny. Some of them are a pain in the ass. But they are always true, which is sometimes scary cause they tell you such things from time to time! my mom used to give art lessons to children for many years, and she had her "teaching outfit" which was made of old clothes mainly. One day one of the little boys asked her: Marina, you don`t have another sweater? (honestly, she looked like a homeless person)

Yes, my cat liked alcohol: wine, baileys, etc etc etc. of course we would just let her lick it very few, animals don`t metabolize alcohol at all.

Cats are the best, aren't they?? In my life, I have had MANY MANY and I mean MANY cats, and they all have different personalities, they are all such good company. I love them.

Reminds me of a cat of my best friend. You tipped carefully from the side and she toppled over. The only cat that surely NEVER fell on her feet, but on her head or back. Always tried to jump on desks or lockers and we started to take bets, if she a) did not get on it at all, b) reached it but fell down, c) crashed something or d) did not create any kind of stupid accident. And properbly the only cat that ran 5 times in a row against a closed window door and afterwards didn't went through when we finally opened the door (*meow* ... *waiting*... *meow*... *still waiting*...).

Conny, yep, I like cats more than dogs. I know it`s silly to compare them, they are SO different. But cats have been with me all my life, and I just adore them. They are so easy to have, so independent, so funny, so loving. One day my grandpa told me, you have to be careful with your cats, they can pass you toxoplasmosis and then when you get pregnant blah blah blah, and I said, WELL, then I won`t have children, but I won`t stop having cats. AND I MEAN IT!
My dog, I never thought I would have one! they are noisy and dirty and they go all the time after you. I was a volunteer for a while for an organization in Mexico to help animals, and then Gala appeared, very very skinny and beaten up. She had gone from home to home and nobody would keep her, so I adopted her. She is SO funny!! makes me laugh so much, and is very nice company. BUT if I have to decide again, I would not have a dog. And when she passes out, I don`t think I will have one again. I just have the cat personality, love peace and quiet.

Once I had a cat, well, my brother brought it home when he was about 2 weeks born. SO tiny. I have raised kittens many times, but never that small. SO I did my best. At first he looked very weird, like an cause he was so tiny, with such big ears (I will find a pic) , and then he grew up SO beautiful. Well, the thing is that because he didn`t have mom`s milk, he had some kind of problem, something neuro-muscular. He would walk very funny, not be able to go downstairs. Once he tried and just went rolling all the way down he never tried again. When he used the litter, he would scratch the roof of the box, instead of the clay. He was unable to do very simple things. I loved him so much!

Schalandra, do you have fishes? what kind? Martin loves aquariums and we have had cichlids and other kinds of them. It`s a LOT of work to keep an aquarium working well. In the end he always gets bored of it, dismantle it, and after some months planning again to put dif. kinds of fishes

yeah, they look weird-funny. Mmmm...will you end up having one because your bf wants one? just make sure that he picks up the poop always!

(oh...and try to check out if they shed a lot, cause believe me, it makes you crazy. Cat hair is nothing compared to a dog that sheds a lot)

No idea if that stupid cat still lives. He has moved from his parents and the cat stayed there. In fact the cat was a pretty successful hunter (mice, birds, trousers, curtains, bananas...) but she was just plain stupid and "slow". Once she just fell from a desk, without any reason.

I had fishes when I was a child. Nowadays I don't have any animals anymore.

Conny, he likes persian cats and pugs? he likes animals with a flat face then. I had some persian cats. They are very peaceful. And you have to comb their hair quite often or it gets very matted.
