You just need to go to their blog page, copy the address at the top by left click once behind the address, that hightlights it, right click once over the hightlighted address, than chose copy from the list that drops down, then to put it where you want it just hold Ctrl and the letter v and it will paste it.

Once you copy the address you need to put the [ url and = and ] than the [ / url ]

I do know the watch list has a "bug" as it's called. Some people when they post more than one new post and you click on one and go back to your watch list the rest are gone.
