Switching Networks

Last week I've had to change my network service provider 'cos the internet charges were too expensive. I've moved from Airtel to Aircel.
Airtel has a very good network and worked very well even on my trip to my native place. But paying 25 bucks for unlimited usage for a day is too much when I can get unlimited usage for a month for 98 bucks.
Aircel is a new network so the coverage may not be very good (I cant say for sure as I haven't used it outside of my house yet) but the coverage where I live is fantastic. Browsing and download speeds and similar to what I had with Airtel. I hope its not just because of few users and will continue even when the number of subscribers increase.
One dilema I'm facing is whether I should completely switch to Aircel or use it only to access internet at home.
The reason I'm confused is
- I've still got a balance of 200 bucks on my Airtel simcard that is not refundable or transferable.
- I'll have to topup on Aircel soon (currently I've still got the 10 bucks talk time and 150 text messages.)
- Besides the Aircel top up balance cannot be converted into internet usage later and must be used for calls. To get the internet usage you need to top up with the internet card of 98 bucks.
- Also if I switch to Aircel completely I'll have to update everybody with my new number.
I'm not sure what to do, any suggestions?
