random ramblings

Hello everybody,
It's been a long time since I've last blogged but I couldn't find anything special to blog about. But today is something special. I've got a new laptop. It's a Toshiba. Got Opera Installed on it and I'm online with the wi-fi from my Lg Optimus One Android phone, ftw!!!

I've had this blog for 3 years and had 14644 visits so far.


Really, check my very first post here dated Friday, 21. December 2007, 03:18.

Back then I recall using my Sony Ericsson W700i with Opera Mini 3 to create my very first blog here. I've tried a few other blogging services but nothing compares to the community spirit of My Opera Community. So although I've abandoned/ forgotten/ ignored this blog from time to time in the past I always keep coming back.

Things haven't changed much for me since the first post. I'm still living away from my home but I'll be bringing my PC here soonish and getting it fixed so I can finally use a real web browser a.k.a. Opera

For now I'm still using Opera Mini mostly but I also have Opera Mobile, UC Browser, Bolt as back up. A mobile user needs multiple browsers to keep up with restrictive website designers.

I've met a lot of fun people online and learnt a lot. Thanks to all the people who have helped me along the way and for being there for me.

And most of all I would like to thank Opera Software for giving me Opera Mini, my window to the Internet

Just read this on Symbian blog and I can't wait to share this.

The ability to change the default browser on your device will be available in Symbian^4, thanks to a contribution from Opera.
