Relaxing at work

At work we have a relax room which is basically a bedroom. They have a few bunk beds so people can take a nap if they're too tired or if they aren't keeping well. I mostly prefer to sleep in the lower bunk 'cos the temperature is perfect there. I don't know why but the relax room is always too cold. And sleeping on the top bunk definitely requires a blanket, a good one.
I don't use the relax room very often but whenever we are going for a picnic and have to leave early I take my bag to work the previous day. And after work I sleep in the relax room for a few hours and then go for the picnic. It's fun going for picnics that way, 'cost the picnic starts as soon as work stops.
Recently we have been getting mails from facilities about the dos and don'ts in the relax room. Like no eating, talking on the phone, loud conversation, taking care of your stuff... etc. It's common sense but people tend to ignore this and cause others unnecessary trouble so someone has to step in and set things right.

Anyway, it's always a good thing to have a place to relax at work, but it's better to have the time to take advantage of it!!!
