random ramblings

The Nokia N900 was launched in India a few weeks back and that has broken my dreams. I was really hoping to be able to get this device, but with the retail price hovering in the range of 30k its way out of my budget. Well its nearly a computer and I really need one to keep up with my several blogs, but with a price tag like that, I'll have to stick with my current phone for a very long time to save up and justify buying such an expensive "mobile computer".



Another option is a gift from Nokia, but I don't think they know me so well, or the effort I put in to blog from my mobile to gift me an expensive, top of the range N900. Perhaps a good word from one of my readers would help them make up their mind.

The most realistic option for now is participating in contest where they give away a Nokia N900, I've chanced upon a contest by Firefox and another one by NDTV. Lets hope I'm the lucky winner of atleast one contest.
