Hello World!Once again, Hi everyone! Ahahaha! Yes it's been near 2-4 weeks since I've ever posted. Of course, a lot of things has happened in that period of time. Some, nice, some which better not be made public.
As usual, the hustle and bustle of city life plays a part in my life. Well, this 2-4 weeks, I've went through a lot of things and gained many experiences. Let's g thru it in no chronological order. Firstly I've went for a Press Conference for a newly released Malay-movie at EW Suntec(some cineplex in downtown Singapore). Thru that press conference, I've been able to gain insights into what goes into a production of a movie, why does a director does it this way and not that way and many others. I was also able to know how hard/easy it can get into questioning people in a press conference.
Next, the mosque where I do my religious studies organized a carnival in aid for some fund which think the mosque aims to raise. Overall, that event marked history as I was one of the lucky ones to be in the carnival in it's 14-year history. I think, my stall did quite well, with people streaming in to try out the Nintendo Wiis, some games which we created which includes throwing sponges at human targets(which I was one of them and got really hit real hard). Hopefully, after results are in, we could be one of the top 3 earners for the whole event.
Lastly, before I end of this post, I would like to talk about success. How it could have affected me and others whom I might know. Ever since the start of my whole Secondary 3 adventure, I've observed that sometimes the best of people are not necessarily from the best of classes. Why do I say so? I've seen some of my friends from the tail-end classes getting a mush higher mark than those in the better classes. Not saying, that I'm much superior. I've also found that I've also excelled as compared to last year. Such as I've been passing my Mathematics after 2 years of failing. Well, it's a product of "Nil Sine Labore"(Victoria School's motto which my teacher has used it to inspire me). Cos, if you don't put in effort, you won't be able to succeed. You could be the best of things, but you must have put in some form of effort to achieve it didn't you? Well, yes. Even the best in whatever it is must have worked hard in one way or another in it. Well, it worked on me. Why not it be an inspiration for you guys out there. I believe everyone has the potential to make it just more effort in and you'll see your fruits of labour. That's where I shall end my post!
Peace always
